Located on Avenida Beira Mar in Armação de Pera, this spectacular apartment has an enviable location and view. From the 2nd floor you can enjoy the beauty of the ocean when you wake up. The property has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning, living room, fully equipped kitchen, and bathroom with Italian shower. Our “Max’s Crib” was completely renovated in 2021. For those who love beaches and do not intend to drive on their holidays, it will undoubtedly be the perfect option. This property does not have a permanent service like hotels. Services that are not included are considered additional and could have a service fee between 30 and 150 euros for: . Called to open doors (forgotten or lost keys). . Additional orders and deliveries of towels . Repairs and maintenance of equipment (due to negligence). . All other types of services not mentioned in the property information. We like to welcome our guests. Our check-ins are made from 4 pm, and for late arrivals there is a supplement to be paid: • From 7 pm to 10 pm: 25 euros | From 10 pm to midnight: 45 euros | After midnight: 90 euros • Check-ins before 4pm and subject to availability: 25 euros • “Late” check-outs and subject to availability: until 2 pm: 25 euros - until 6 pm: 50 euros

Situated just 2 minutes from the pedestrian zone of Armação de Pera. The accommodation is in one of the quietest areas of the city, opposite Olival beach and within walking distance of the area where there are restaurants, bars and shops. A car is not necessary if you plan to spend your holidays in Armação de Pera.
