You'll enjoy this magnificent private accommodation opening onto a swimming pool and tropical garden on the ground floor of a villa separated in two. Quiet and peaceful area, waking up to birdsong, ideal for a relaxing stay as a couple. You will also enjoy being: • 5 minutes from shops; • 10 minutes from the beach; • 10 minutes from restaurants; • Less than 5 minutes from the main axis (route des tamarins); • Ideally placed to quickly reach the south, west or north!! This accommodation includes: • A private air-conditioned bedroom of 20m² opening onto a pergola & outdoor lounge bordering the swimming pool; • A private bathroom; • A separate private toilet; • A large private terrace with dining areas; • A fully equipped private kitchen; After receiving and signing the rental contract, we will send you our welcome booklet indicating the following information: How to come, how the accommodation works, the equipment available. You'll meet across Dominique & Richard who occupy the first floor. For this reason, the entrance, the terrace and the access corridor to the accommodation will be (only) common passage areas with your hosts. They will be delighted to welcome you and advise you on the many activities that our beautiful island offers while respecting your tranquility and privacy.
St Leu: Small seaside town where life is good. cradled between its city heart, its marina and its lagoon, Saint Leu is renowned for its gentle way of life. This city offers a wide range of activities: paragliding, diving, water activities, bungee jumping, coconut house and even kelonia will occupy your days. You can also laze around and relax on the white or black sand beaches and swim in the lagoon with its coral reef which surrounds the lagoon. A seafront always bustling: pétanque, beach volleyball... or elbow raise 😉 Our accommodation in Piton Saint Leu is 2 minutes from the Stella Museum on foot, a good way to get your bearings. This museum is located in a former sugar factory and traces the history of sugar cane culture and industry. The surrounding area has various transport, commerce, education, leisure and health services and infrastructures. You can also walk through the Grand Stella and reach the seaside in about 25 minutes on foot. you will then arrive at Pointe au Sel. Pointe au Sel is a protected natural site on Reunion Island. It owes its name to the salt exploited in an artisanal manner on the site for several centuries. A white sand cove and a pool adorn this exceptional place. The accommodation is ideally located to reach the main tamarind route and thus travel either south or north! To sum up, don't wait!!
