Apartament David se află la etajul 1 și este compus din două dormitoare mobilate complet cu spații de depozitare pentru o ședere cât mai confortabilă. Unul dintre dormitoare este tip open-space, iar livingul dispune de două canapele extensibile și masă pentru 6 persoane. Toaletă oferă facilități, precum cabină de duș, articole de toaletă gratuite și un uscător de păr, iar bucătăria dispune de frigider, cuptor electric, plită pe gaz, cuptor cu microunde, mașină de spălat vase, prăjitor de pâine și aparat de făcut cafea (cafeaua este din partea casei). De asemenea, sunt puse la dispoziție în fiecare dintre încăperi televizoare cu ecran plat, iar pentru sunet mai amplu și sistem audio în fiecare dormitor.
