The little house is located in a peaceful area and neighborhood, everything in the house is all for you, nothing shared! The location is 1.5 km away from Metro Station "Pantelimon" and 2 km from Metro Station "Republica". The tiny house offers all the confort and all the facilities for you to have a great vacation or a relaxing business trip, being newly arranged and everything inside is new. The cozy living room has an extensible sofa which can accommodate one or two people. The little kitchen is well-organized and fully equipped. You will find a washing machine, fridge(mini-bar), electric stove, microwave, table with two chairs, pots and pans and many more. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower cabin. The guests will have access to the computer in the room, cable TV, air-conditioning, cooking stove, fridge, washing machine, microwave, clean towels and sheets and the The internet speed is awesome, you will sure be pleased to have such a good internet connection if you are here to work. Special note: I do not charge a cleaning fee so i have the request to keep the house clean. Things to know: 1. I accept guests with pets but they need to anounce before and we will negotiate a little pet fee in advance! 2. I can provide services at a good price including: Airport pick-up/drop-off, Renting personal cars, bikes, day/night tours, extra cleaning, tickets to events, Cooked meals (breakfasts, lunch, dinners), Laundry and dry cleaning services, Decorate for a special occasion, etc. I don’t take cleaning fee so please leave the house clean. Neighbourhood with big familes and quiet area! Outside in the garden you can acces the wood couches, wood table and the grill! Very close to public transport, parks, shops markets and the location is provided with parking space! The check-in and check-out times are flexible depending of the availability of the space!
