The apartment was bought especially for short term rental. It was completely renovated in 2020, it is on the ground floor (access can be made through the balcony and the staircase of the block). The apartment has a capacity of 2-4 persons (ideal for families). Children benefit from toys and special TV channels. We have Netflix and Smart TV. There is wireless internet. There are 2 playgrounds nearby (50 m away). Green area, quiet and positive energy transmitted is worthwhile stopping in Sibiu Home 1. After each beneficiary, we disinfect the air and the surfaces loaded with microorganisms, etc., from the apartments. You have at your disposal spare medical masks and gloves, personal hygiene products, etc. For our protection and health!
We are a family of teachers who traveled a lot in the European space and we preferred to stay in hotel-rented apartments. Now we wanted to take advantage of our experiences and try this little business. If we can help you - we are waiting for you!
The apartment is located in the Cedonia neighborhood, just 100 m from Cedonia shopping mall and 150 m from the intersection of Mihai Viteazu and Nicolae Iorga streets. It is near Sibiu Home 2. Block is surrounded by a lot of green space, equipped with children's playgrounds, banquets and a recreation area. The biggest advantage of this apartment and apartament Sibiu Home 2 is the central position in one of the most appreciated areas of Sibiu. This area is loved by the the inhabitants of Sibiu. The distance to the center of Sibiu (historical area) is 14 minutes walk (1.6 km). Rahova Square is 500 m away, Mihai Viteazul Cathedral is 200 m away, ASTRA Museum - 13 minutes by car, Zoo - 12 minutes by car. The PROFI store is open non-stop and is 200 m away from a non-stop pharmacy (maximum 4 minutes walk). The parking is free, modernized and there are many free places in front of the block. Mihai Viteazul Boulevard, sprinkled with dozens of shops of all kinds (pharmacies, groceries, clothes, etc.), is only 150 m. Within a 2-minute walk you can find three Tursib stations (buses 1, 12, 11, 15, 111) and a taxi station.
