Sandrea Studio Apartment is a part of a lux family townhouse in the quiet uptown neighbourhood, and has a completely separate private entrance with its own parking space and a garden sit-out. The apartment is located on the first floor of the building. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with different kinds of pillows, a flat TV screen with cable channels, its own heating and airconditioning, two large wardrobes, and a single foldable sofa-bed. It has a neat hygienic bathroom with a shower, towels, hairdryer, and basic toiletries are included. A fully equipped kitchen to prepare a full meal, or just make a quick cuppa with the electric kettle, the kitchen also has a small fridge. The dining area seats three persons with a view to the garden trees. The balcony is truly a meditative space - noting but the gentle sway of tall green trees and birdsongs.

Sandrea Studio Apartment is situated in a quiet uptown neighbourhood, located 20 min by walking, and 5 min by car from the main city square. It offers a lovely quiet environment for resting after a fun day of sight-seeing, as it is surrounded by lush greenery of the street as well as the private garden. There is an excellent restaurant with local cuisine in the same street, and a great caffe is a pleasant 5-10 min walk awaiting you with some awesome hand-tossed pizzas and salads! Ask the host :) Supermarkets, medical shop, bakery in the vicinity of 3-5 min of walking distance as well.
