Sheets, bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are always clean and fresh, ready to be used. There is plenty of dishes and dish wear for 6 persons, so if you want to have guest over, you will have everything necessary to feel like you are at your own place.There is always enough soap for washing dishes as well. We provide you with plenty of toilet paper and soap, so you don't have to think about it. Apartment is back yard oriented, it is peaceful and calm. Internet is called Urban Gem, and it is pure optics with up to 300mbps. It will never let you, or your work down. There is also a TV, you can watch NBA and or Champions league. Don't know if any other program makes sense? :) We sincerely hope that you will enjoy Urban Gem, and beautiful Belgrade! Ah, yes... Building is not new, however it is well maintained.

Savski venac is central located municipality of Belgrade. Full of history. Municipality where almost every corner has a story to tell. Only 15 meters form building entrance is Balkanska street, one of the most famous streets in Belgrade Balkanska is the street many songs and stories are about. If you just came to Belgrade by a bus or train and you want to go to the city center, Balkanska street is the one you must go through. This neighborhood is so diverse that you can always choose what you want to do. Belgrade old train station, waterfront on Sava river, Stefan Nemanja monument, Terazije square, bars, restaurants, shops, you name it!
