This is a quiet, and comfortable area with a great view over beautiful hills. It is strategically located at less than 30 minutes drive from the Akagera National Park southern main entrance, easily accessible thru public transportation. The food is locally produced, fresh and organic. We offer community experiences on the way to Akagera National Park and Rusumo waterfall. And you can organize your trip from our place, with possible arrangements for a tour driver-guide and safari car or another applicable car. You can have all the meals, and get lunch packed for you. And in case you don't want to rush to Kigali after the tour thru the northern park exit, you can easily come back to the site.

We have been hosting guests for a few years at our B&B site, and enjoy interacting with just anyone around. Our family consists of 4 members (2 kids, my wife Divine Muzabibu and me), and a few pets. We prefer English and French, if you can't use Kinyarwanda.

The site is located within a village with lots of flowers, green plants and trees. The people are friendly to foreigners, and you can freely tour around alone. The homestay site is very near shops, a coffee shop, and flea market. There are a number of community activities such as hiking, biking, farming for fun, sociocultural exchange, and a few volunteering or charity opportunities at a vulnerable kids' center.
