A cozy little cottage which is basic but has everything you need. Plenty of space for a small family to spread out. The location is unbeatable.

This holiday home features 3 bedrooms, a kitchen with a fridge, an oven and dishwasher, a flat-screen TV, a seating area and 1 bathrooms fitted with a shower.
Father of two with an interest in everything between heaven and earth, not least nature, forests, farming and water. Broad academic education, 15 years in banking and finance and in recent years renewed interest in nature and an existence in the countryside. Permaculture is close to my heart, as is food, culture and family.
The property offers a large and privat garden and lake view from property. Free parking. On the property there are 4 different lakes available. Swimming area within 500 meter. Activities: Local: Fishing and crayfish fishing (depending on season), bicycle and canoe available upon request (additional charge apply). Area: Knällsberg Watermill (1.5 km), Stenfors Heritage Path (3 km, beautiful nature and exciting cultural history. The river is home to trout and the rare flat mussel species, otters are often seen. There are ruins, house foundations and other traces of the old ironworks Stenfors bruk founded in the 17th century), Natural Reserve Älganäs (5.7 km, a wooded cape in lake Tiken composed by equal parts woodlands and water), Natural Reserve Grönvik (5.6 km, a scenic island- and beach area at lake Stora Hensjön). Local town: Tingsryd 7 km away with horse racecourse, riding school, bowling, tennis court, fishing, shopping, bakery, restaurants among other facilities and activities offered. Communication: Bus station down hill from house, 100 meters going to Växjö/Tingsryd or Ronneby. Train station nearby is Mörrum Train Station 33 km, Ronneby Train station 40km and Växjö Train station 50 km. Two airports nearby Ronneby Airport 36 km and Växjö Airport 56 km.
