It is located along the A1 motorway (Ljubljana - Maribor), 200 m from the Šempeter exit and only 4 km away from the world attraction-The Žalec Beer Fountain. Due to the apartment unique location it offers the guest direct contact with nature, cycling and hiking trails. In the same time is an excellent connection with the whole of Slovenia. Accommodation Fajn apartment is a spaciously designed apartment close to the nice city Žalec and comprises of a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable lounge with flat TV, big sofa, and double bed, cosy dining area, modern bathroom with washing machine, 1 double bed and 1 single bed bedroom with big wardrobe and nice views of the trees. There is also parking at the front of the property reserved for the occupants.

The location of the accommodation is an excellent starting point for visiting many historical, cultural, sports or other events. You can pamper yourself and take a dip in the nearby spas and wellness centers. The surrounding area offers excellent opportunities for cycling, hiking, fishing, climbing, horseback riding, tennis. Nearby restaurants offer excellent culinary offerings for every taste. The place is surrounded by many hills and peaks that offer a breathtaking view of the entire valley. The Savinja River, which flows along the edge of Šempeter, invites with its walking paths and takes you to the unspoiled nature of the Vrbje Pond and Natura 2000 area. Renowned restaurants and providers of local products offer many opportunities for culinary experiences. The former Roman road left the remains of the Roman Necropolis in Šempeter, and the underground beauties of the Savinja Valley are revealed in the Pekel Cave 6 km away. The symbol of the Lower Savinja Valley is hop and the associated town of Žalec (4.9 km), with the world's first beer fountain, the Eco Museum, hop bike trails and many events.
