This cozy and freshly renovated studio apartment duo is located within a 20 min walk or 10 min bike-ride to the downtown (Tromostovje Bridges, Old Town by the Ljubljanica River, National Library, National and Modern Gallery, Parliament, Opera etc) and all historic sites in the very centre of Ljubljana. Tivoli park is the largest recreational area in Ljubljana including best and numerous sport facilities and a concert hall. A 10 min walk away you’ll find the old-cinema turned cultural venue Kino Šiška with events almost every night and within a 20 min walk you’ll find is the biggest cultural and congress venue in Slovenia – Cankarjev dom. It’s easy to get anywhere fast, the public bikes to explore Ljubljana are available on the spot and so are public bus connections which are right down the street. The Ljubljana Airport is 18 km away and the Central Bus and Railway Station within 1,7 km. Within 5 walking minutes or less there are grocery stores (Lidl, Mercator, an African food store, grocery "Robi” is open also on Sundays). Some nice places to eat within 10 walking minutes are: traditional Slovene food restaurant (Vodnikova domačija), Chinese restaurant (Dobrote Vzhoda), Indian and Nepal restaurant (Maharadja), fast food Old Bakery (Stara Pekarna), (Jagoda) Kebab joint and vegetarian self-service restaurant Radha Govinda. More restaurants in the city center are reachable on foot and by bike. Not to forget a hidden rock bar and caffe Godec Pub, the Slovene wine sellers' stores nearby or the famous Union Beer Pub.
