Everything was well maintained and worked well. We got exactly what we were expecting from the description on booking.com. This was a rarity after three months in SE Asia. The room and environs were quiet. The vegan restaurant was superb. The breakfast was plentuful and outstanding. The location was also perfect. It deserves it's high ratings and is great value for money.

Having the vegan restaurant on site was the reason we chose the hotel, and it proved to be a wise choice. Delicious, food, lovely surroundings and so much variety. Breakfast was wonderful and suited vegans and non-vegans alike. The location was ideal, and we enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood. The staff were well trained, and super helpful: nothing was too much trouble.

Perfect location, all the tourists attractions and restaurants reachable by foot. Though, they have a great vegan restaurant at the property. The staff is friendly and helpful. I used to borrow a yoga mat in evenings and mornings — a small but nice detail, so I didn’t have to bring my own mat with. We enjoyed the view from our room to the mountains and one of the dozens of Chiang Mai temples.

Beautiful vegan hotel. Everything I ate from the menu for the 3 days I stayed was exceptional. I wish I could have stayed longer! Refreshing little pool. Good location. Very friendly and helpful staff. They even allowed me to leave my luggage for 2 days at no extra charge while I was away at an elephant sanctuary. Highly recommend and will stay here again next time I am in Chiang Mai.

we went back for a few more nights. feels like home, big bed, spacious room, hot water with a lovely shower and toiletries. clean and comfortable. the staff are the best. they will welcome you warmly, make sure you have everything you need and will sort anything out. the breakfast is amazing and substantial. I’m going to miss that.

The hotel is very centrally located, but in a peaceful area. My room was very clean and freshly done, comfortable bed, lovely view - perfect! Breakfast was incredible, the food at Reform Kafe (which is part of the hotel) is my favourite in all of Chiang Mai. They have a great variety on offer for breakfast (granola, pancakes, smoothie bowls etc…) and all delicious, beautifully presented and very fresh. All the staff here were so friendly and helpful.
