Central Hill View Residence is a brand new, modern residence, offering guests the perfect balance of style and functionality. The studio is thoughtfully designed to make the most of the compact 24 sqm space, featuring a comfortable seating area with a sofa and TV, a queen-size bed by a large floor-to-ceiling window, a dining area, and a small, fully equipped kitchen with a stove, microwave and kitchen utensils. The modern studio has its own bathroom with a shower. The residence also features with 2 shared swimming pools, gym and ample parking space. It is perfectly suited for couples or friends. Our friendly front desk staff speaks English and is available from room 09:00 to 18:00 to assist you with anything you may need during your stay. Please take note of the following details: - Upon check-in, we provide two (red) bath towels, two (blue) pool towels, and one set of shower gel per room. - Make-up cleaning and change of bed sheets and towels are provided on a weekly basis. You can order it more often for a small additional fee. - One key card per room is provided. A lost key card will result in a 500 THB fine. - Children aged 0-12 can share the existing bed with an adult for free. No extra bed is available. - Our studios are located on different floors, offering varying views from the windows. The location shown in the photo may differ from the room provided to you and the residence reserves the right to choose the room at its own discretion. - Studio don't have a balcony.
