I am passionate about Customer Service and been involved in the Hospitality Industry for over 40 years, including Customer Service Manager and Trainer, Qantas Airways, and a Senior Consultant developing brand signatures and delivering mindset training to enhance the guest experience (international airlines, 5 star hotels, VIP lounges)- including Etihad, Virgin Australia, Garuda Indonesia. In creating Villa M my husband, Neill, and I were Inspired by gracious homes and hotels which we loved growing up in Asia. Old wooden shop houses add to the charm of the beach road , where you’ll find over 40 restaurants, chic boutiques, and spas The beach road is closed to traffic every evening from 6pm to 10pm and becomes a walking street . Every, Monday, Wednesday, Friday and Sunday evening there are also the famous night pedestrians night markets. Our Guest Experience team, concierge and housekeeper are dedicated to making sure you are pampered in your home away from home. With our attentive staff taking care of your every wish many of our guests find it difficult to tear their eyes away from our view or stray too far from the comforts of Villa M and our village.
