Seaview double room with private bathroom and balcony at the edge of the Old Town in Kusadasi – 5 mins to the Beach! In Turkish the house is called “Manzara” which means “ The View”. Arguably the best sea and city lights view in Kusadasi with a direct and open sea view from every room! We are in the 4th floor apartment, at the top stop of our lift ( 320kg) right at the top of the building ( 2 floors are below ground level as this house is on a steep slope). The apartment has two private bedrooms, a large lounge, dining area, a fully fitted kitchen and 2 sea view / city lights balconies. Both rooms are named after the 7th wonder of the world Ephesus which is 15 minutes drive away. Room "Efes" has a 180cm wide double bed, ensuite shower room & separate WC as well as a sea view balcony. Room “ Artemis ” has a 180cm wide double bed, private bathroom just outside the room, a large cupboard with ample hanging space and a sea view balcony. Bedding, pillows and towels are included and are all hygenically cleaned after every stay. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning as well as underfloor heating and there is of course free WiFi throughout all rooms. Internet TV is available although the channels are predominantly Turkish. Despite the central location, this is a quiet house where some residents live all year round. Parties are not allowed and we are strictly no smoking inside! ( a cleaning fee of EUR 150- will be charged if you smoke inside). Unfortunately, we don’t allow pets. The apartment is kept perfectly clean and cleaned as per international standards after each stay. Please note that this is the reason we add a EUR 20- cleaning fee for each booking independent of how long you stay.

This detached house is at the edge of the old town just 5 minutes walk from the ferry terminal, harbour and sea as well as the central shopping area. Despite the central location, the bedrooms are quiet as they face the side of the house. The street outside is rough cast and not paved but there is plenty of parking and we are almost at the end of the road
