Everything is perfect especially for those looking forward to experiencing local life. You can expect the home-like atmosphere here,Furkan is so nice and welcoming. They got useful kitchen, comfortable living room (sometimes when I come back with no one in the house,it really feels like my own home), nice room and clean shared toilet. Just to remind it,it’s not a hotel so just take it like your own house.

***This is a house, not a hotel. It is a house with a shared bathroom and kitchen. There is no elevator. We help you carry your heavy luggage.*** Home comfort with everything you need, friendly relaxed atmosphere, cute little things that please the soul and the eye, the view from the balcony, comfortable bed, thick curtains, quiet, clean air without revving cars and smoking neighbors. A beautiful area with old houses, many attractions, excellent transport infrastructure, close to many supermarkets, shops, cafes, bakeries, markets. Excellent internet. Visit the Anadolu Hisarı, Göksu area next to it, the Küçüksu Palace, the Beylerbeyi Palace, the Çamlıca Mosque, Kuzguncuk, Fethipaşa Park and many attractions near the waterfront (a library with a cafe and a beautiful inner garden, the mosques of It's nice to explore other areas where ferry go every 15-20 minutes: Beşiktaş, Karaköy, Eminönü, Kabataş, where there are many more attractions.

Uskudar If you’re searching for a neighbourhood that balances lively and exciting sights with a genuine and authentic feel, then look no further than Uskudar. This fun and down-to-earth neighbourhood is well worth the visit. Wander through the lively market, take in the city views down by the ferry port and soak in the vibe. As with many other Asian-side neighbourhoods in Istanbul, prices here are noticeably cheaper than in other more touristy European parts of the city. It’s worth noting that Uskudar is a slightly more conservative part of the city so you won’t find any bars here but you will find lots of excellent cafes and restaurants.
