The house is located in Balat on the Golden Horn shore where is in UNESCO’s World Heritage List. It is 30 seconds walking distance to the sea and tram line. Eyüp Sultan Mosque is 10 minutes by walking. You can see Byzantium city walls from the window. There are three flats in the building. One of them is 100 meters square and at the first floor( 3+1 ), an identical one is located at second floor and at the top floor there is terrace and a tiny flat with one double bed, kitchenette and full bathroom. All of them have A/C and central heating. The terrace is 100 meters square, has an amazing view and there are 3 huge dinner tables for 20 people and also barbecue. The terrace furnitures will be covered with protective covers between the dates 1 December - 1 March due to heavy rains. The villa is 300 meters square in total and fully equipped. Public transportation is extremely easy. Tram is just next to place. It brings you to Sultanahmet, Grand bazaar, Taksim or Eminönü in 10 minutes. As the street is main street of the shore you can take a taxi every time in front of the house. If you travel by car, there is a secure private car park.
