Verry nice and helpfull owner who helps you whit everything you need. Appartement is werry clean and just like advertised with every thing you need inside.I will book more often from this owner and recommend this place to everyone who visits kherson.

UkraineIt is first floor apartment in the very center. I came early 9.00 in the morning and the owner of apartment ordered for me cheap transfer from the railway station. I didn’t give extra payment for early check-in. I shall say the man who owns this apartment is real professional. It is very important that apartment is located near central supermarket and there is a kitchen where you can prepare meal.

Besides, I got from Andrey the owner two discount cards from very good restaurants Kabanos and John Hovard Pub. What I shall say more, this place is secure. Apartment is located on main Sqaure-Svobody Square. The cameras are installed everywhere on this square and it is guarded by police. It is very important for me to feel secure. The central supermarket Selpo is opposite the building. 2 min walk. The kithen is very good, furniture is new. If you put your car on square, you may see it in your laptop.
