Immaculately maintained, recently refurbished, light & airy large 1 BD bungalow house in the Beverlywood neighborhood. 900 sq. ft., ample street parking. Large pvt backyard with BBQ, laundry area. Very private home and includes WiFi, HDTV, with fully equipped living room, kitchen, full bath, and Cal-King Bedroom with walk-in closet. Close proximity to UCLA, Cedars Sinai, the beach, West Hollywood, and Beverly Hills! This home is located in a pvt residential neighborhood. Walk to amenities
