Property is professionally managed by local South Padre Island Trips at 2600 Padre Blvd with an office open 7 days per week 9 am to 5 pm. We do offer free linen exchange for stays over 3 nights.
We provide an electronic code to enter the property prior to 3 pm day of check in to the number on file, not before. Check out is 11 am
You must have completed the docusign rental agreement and attached a photo of your picture ID, read the house rules. Minimum age is 25 years to book.
We provide all bed sheets, blankets, bath towels, face towels, hand towels, basic soaps & shampoos and a starter pack of dishwasher pods, trash bags, coffee, filters, creamer, and sweetener. These supplies are a starter pack and not unlimited nor re supplied. We do not provide laundry detergent.

About this space
Welcome to our island home! Ideally located a half block from the beach and walking distance to restaurants, shops, and golf cart and other rentals. Both the interior and exterior of this home have been carefully thought out for your vacation! Huge pool and hot tub, patio and pool furniture, and a hammock in the backyard. Plenty of beds, comfortable furniture, new central A/C, and games (pool table, foosball, air hockey/ping pong/dining table) inside the home and the garage game room.
The space
Thank you for considering 121 Snapper by the Sea. Our newly remodeled home features a new kitchen & more. This lovely home is about a 1 minute walk to public beach access, yet just 1 to 2 blocks to the entertainment district, grocery store, & dozens of bars and restaurants. Location makes the Vacation!
This 3 level home allows for up to 4 vehicles off the street, 3 decks, and a great covered patio on the backyard plus pergola plus a stunning private pool & BBQ Grill (bring LP tank)
Private Pool with covered patio out of the sun, backyard space, & pergola. We have lounge chairs for sunning. There is a gas BBQ grill though we do not provide the LP Propane Tank for grilling out. There are two expansive decks overlooking the pool as well on 2 different levels plus one in the front of the home.
