It was a joy putting this home together and we hope you will love what we did with the place! We’re in the heart of historic downtown Jersey City, one short block, literally a one minute walk to the subway train station. houses are conveniently located in the desirable Jersey City neighborhood, easy commute to New York City, super safe, relaxing yet hip and fun. Rental Period We’re monthly rentals as per Jersey City’s rental rules. Your reservation needs to be at least 29 days, I typically have my calendar available for one month at a time to prevent gaps in between. We can extend if you need more days.

There are many upgrades mixed with old world charm and contemporary features. This one of a kind historic home is located literally 5 minutes from the heart of Manhattan! Enjoy only minutes to NYC from your doorstep. We are a few blocks away from the PATH train station which runs to NYC 24/7. ***PLEASE NOTE this is a LEGAL Airbnb unit and all stays are at least 29 nights and longer*** You’ll be staying in your own fully-furnished house including WiFi, smart TV, and all utilities (cable TV available by inquiry for additional cost). The floor plan provides an open living space with a fully-equipped kitchen, living room, and bathroom, charming private larger backyard. The house is set up just for guests so it can truly feel like your home during your stay and there’s plenty of space to set up your laptop or stretch out on the couch. A window air conditioner is installed in the bedroom and nearly every room. This is an 1.4 million dollar urban NYC style row house.

The historic downtown has many million-dollar brownstones and row houses filled with charming historical 1800’s characteristics. Jersey City just recently spent 7 million dollars upgrading its main upscare pedestrian walkway downtown area with all stores and restaurants. A super fast commute to NYC with many restaurants and boutiques: walk to the subway and ride just 5 minutes to NYC World Trade Center. This 1.4 million dollar house, built in 1856, is located in Downtown Jersey City with a lot to offer: Cafés, Restaurants ( Orale - Mexican cuisine Razza Pizza), Bars (Dullboy, The Ashford), Pharmacies ( CVS, Walgreens, Medly), and just minutes to Hudson River Waterfront Walkway (walk along the water and enjoy stunning views of NYC). Reserve your seat at the Wally Wall, Manhattan Yacht Club's floating clubhouse in the harbor. The house is located within the Hamilton Park neighborhood of Jersey City. Almost an extension of Manhattan, it is nicknamed "Wall Street West."
