New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

As you approach this charming cottage, you can see the pond at the end of the street.  It is the perfect spot for swimming on hot summer days! As you enter through the front door of this bright blue home, it gets you in the "vacation" state of mind right way. The open living room is so inviting with blue checkerboard couch and chair, hardwood floors throughout and flat screen TV above the fireplace. The large coffee table is the perfect place to start a puzzle or have a family game night.  The sky lights (with shades) allow you start your day in a sunny mood and basked in natural light. A weathered entry table is an easy spot to drop your keys while the nearby basket can hold your shoes and sweaters/light jackets can be placed on the wall hooks. The decorative ladder leads to a small loft area (not used as a living space).  The dining area for four is perfect in the cozy kitchen with small gas stove and oven, microwave, and refrigerator (there is not a dishwasher). Plenty of counter space available to create meals and a coffee station is staged to help you get started in the mornings.  If you need more space, the table can be folded down and provide dining space for two. A nearby window A/C keeps you cool but you can always open a window to allow the Cape breezes in. The kitchen door leads to the large fenced-in back yard - perfect space for Fido to spend their days sniffing new smells or laying in a sunny spot on the spacious platform deck. Meanwhile the human family members can enjoy cooking on the gas grill or making s'mores over the fit pit and under the stars. Off of the kitchen, there is an all-purpose room that has a desk with accompanying chair for those who need to work or learn remotely.  This is also where you'll find a selection of games to keep you busy on a rainy day.  The stackable washer and dryer are tucked away while there is an adorable feeding station set up for your dog.
