New England Vacation Rentals is a locally owned full service vacation rental and property management company that specializes in managing and marketing vacation home rentals in Cape Cod. We started out as “owners” renting our own homes and have a combined 35 years together in the business! As we continued to navigate the marketing of the rental market we took on several other “friend’s” rentals and over a few years grew to now managing over 250 vacation homes. We continue to expand our services and amenities that as requested by our guests and owners. We have a large number of pet friendly homes, summer homes with a/c, homes with Internet, homes with pools and homes on the water. All of our homes are professionally maintained. We strive to provide each guest and owner with exceptional quality, value, and customer service. We work with the local Cape Chamber of Commerce to offer 3 or 7 night stays at many of our homes during the Spring and Fall.

Situated in a nice, family-friendly neighborhood, Afterdune Delight is sure to become a guest favorite! This pet-friendly home has just finished a major refresh.  Some of the photos will be updated as projects continue to be completed.  Carpet throughout the home while the sunroom and kitchen are getting new wood laminate flooring in June. You enter into the beautiful sunroom bursting with natural light! The custom back deck is accessible from the sunroom with grill and outdoor furniture for outside dining.  The wall of glass sliders welcomes you into the sunroom with lots of seating options - summery, wicker furniture includes two rocking chairs, a couch and a table with seating for four.  New flooring to be installed soon! The open concept living areas work beautifully for large groups. The dining room is to the left with a wood table and 6 chairs - there is a leaf available and more folding chairs in the basement for family dinners.  There's a buffet and side table to help with large meals. The living room is straight across and has a couch, love seat and chair - perfect to relax after a full meal!  A flat screen TV above the fireplace can show the latest movies or an afternoon baseball game. The kitchen is in the middle of the home - galley-style kitchen in whites and blues make the room light and bright while taking advantage of the fully equipped kitchen with gas stove and dishwasher.
