This must be completed, or your reservation will be canceled. This cozy 3 BED/1.5 BATH Folly Beach board and batten cottage sleeps 6 guests. A large back porch with plenty of outdoor space can accommodate your entire group! Conveniently located a few minutes from the beach and 8 blocks away from Center Street. This home is full of Folly charm and offers a fully equipped kitchen with a gas range, oven, dishwasher, microwave and fridge. The living room and kitchen provide tons of light and back views of the Folly River through the large windows and two porches (front, and back) are ideal for enjoying the ocean breeze! You must be at least 30 years old to rent this property. The property is monitored by a noise monitoring system. It does not listen or record but will alert you and the office if your group goes above the noise ordinance limit. If this occurs your group may be asked to vacate the property or be fined.
