This city studio has a cabin-feel with some indoor log siding that will give you a bit of a feeling of being in the woods even though you would have the conveniences of the city. This studio has its own private yard and private entrance. There is a guest designated parking lane in the driveway so you never have to worry about parking. We have included a washer and dryer in the studio bathroom for your convenience at no extra cost to you. In an effort to keep the room smelling fresh for everyone please use outside grill for things like Meat and Fish. The kitchenette does have a air fryer, toaster, hot water kettle and microwave, All have proven to work fine for heating up foods. We have a faux wood stove for ambiance. We also have a comfortable recliner and our bed has a traditional mattress. We are located in a quiet neighborhood, so sitting outside in your private yard during the summer can be quite relaxing. We are available if you need us, but are fine for those who prefer less interaction. We have seen some beautiful Northern Lights right from this spot, but there are a host of Northern Lights tour businesses to choose from. We offer many brochures which come from the Morris Thompson Cultural and Visitors Center. This is Adam and Melanie and we'll keep the snow shoveled for you.

We want you to want to come back to Fairbanks, a place we know and love. Adam and I were both raised in Alaska and have lived here for over 40 years. Fun Fact though, we were raised in two different Alaskan cities but lived on streets with the same name. :) We have 4 adult children, 2 grandchildren, 2 dogs and 2 ducks.

This is a 200 square foot private city studio for 1 person that has an Alaskan cabin feel on the inside. It is stylish and cozy so that even if you are not nestled in the woods, you can still feel like you could be, when you are on the inside. So with that being said, we do not have a view. We are located in a quiet neighborhood that is close to 2 grocery stores, an outdoor clothing store, several eating establishments and a bike path. We are within walking distance to Pioneer Park.
