This unit offers one bedroom with a queen bed and the other room has 2 twin beds. The living room is open with plenty of natural light. The kitchen brings all the conveniences of home right with you on vacation. You can make a quick breakfast or a gourmet dinner here. Enjoy all your meals and gather around the 6-person dining table. This home also has high-speed internet. Do not forget the washer and dryer so you never run out of fresh clothes. Last but not least, head over to the Windsor Hills clubhouse with a gorgeous pool, sport courts and so much more. The resort is a gated community with a 24 hour guard . It is beautifully landscaped and very clean with ample parking. Once inside this beautiful resort you will be exposed to resort living at its best, from the Olympic size swimming pool and hot tub to a fenced in children's splash area, along with tennis, volley ball and basketball courts. The community center has a movie theater that seats 58 people.This unit is on the 3rd floor and only has access is via the stairs. There is no elevator on the premise. Guest check in is at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Please make arrangements prior to booking for early check in/late checkout (if available). There is one closet that is locked for the owners personal belongings. Note that there is a FL state tax on this listing. We do use a management company to help with our property.
