The house's garage and ground level bedroom have masterfully been converted to a stunning one bedroom condo. With its own private entrance, the unit sleeps up to 4 people comfortably with a full kitchen, heat, A/C, tv, cable, wifi. You will find everything you need to make your stay as comfortable as possible including soaps, shampoo, and fresh towels, cable tv, wifi, coffee and more. Laundry service is available by request, as well as daily maid service. The guest home is pet friendly and check in and out are very flexible. The home is located in wonderful Valley Village and is very close to great shopping, restaurants and is also within minutes of all major freeways to get you anywhere you need to go while in LA. Guest access The unit is a Guest unit that is separate and completely private and you are free to access the entire place. Access to the unit is on the left side gate and there is a corridor that leads to the entrance door.

The neighborhood is wonderfully quiet and beautiful and the property is situated on a cul de sac. Just minutes from the 101 and the 405 freeways its close to everything in the San Fernando Valley and getting into Hollywood or the west side is a breeze.
