Year-round activities, clean air, and being surrounded by unbelievable natural beauty makes this home a must stay. The Jordanelle reservoir offers seasonal boating and water activities and is less than a 10 minute drive from the property. Park City/Deer Valley ski resorts are also a short drive away. Three bedrooms are on the top floor (Master, queen bed, full sized bunk beds with twin trundle). The main floor has the living area dining area, outdoor deck seating, kitchen and powder room. There is a 65" smart tv for your viewing pleasure. Downstairs has the remaining queen bedroom and a large bonus/living room with kitchenette and a 'no-bar' queen sized pull out sofa. Most comfortable pull out bed on the market!

We created what we hope will be a warm, inviting guest experience for families, large groups, or anything in between. We appointed the home as if we would live there. Driving is recommended but ride share drivers are available. Most activities are close (within a 15 minute drive) to the home. Park City has the majority of dining, grocery stores, and recreation supply stores.
