The Apperson House is a two-story dream come true property in Madison, Alabama and is filled with antiques that can be purchased. The down stairs has 2 primary suites with 2 private baths and a 1/2 bath. There are 3 bedrooms upstairs: one bedroom is a primary suite with a private bath. The remaining 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bath. The half-bath is downstairs. Maximum capacity is 10. There are amenities such as a pool table--ping-pong-table--Cornhole/bean bag toss--baby gates--high chair--pack-n-play--and a private swimming pool and pool towels. The pool is saltwater instead of chlorine. There is an outside gas grill(renter responsible for refills). In the kitchen, there is a Keurig Coffee Maker. Pool Schedule: Opens Memorial Day Weekend and closes October 1st each year. This is a pet friendly property, limit of1 pet; pet must be approved. 35 pounds max weight with pet fee. No air mattress No smoking allowed inside home. ENTRY CODES ARE TEXT TO GUEST ON DAY OF ARRIVAL All monthly rentals must be in the same Calendar Month to receive the monthly rate.
