Best views in Blue Ridge, GA. Built 2022, modern construction and amenities with modern cabin / farmhouse look and feel. Custom design and built by the owners with many extra custom features and attention to detail. VERY efficient with spray foam insulation, commercial glass, LED lighting, DC Inverter HVAC, hot water recirculation loop and insulated slab. Automated lights greet your arrival, 4 large TV's, filtered ice and water, extra-large showers, high-end linens, and a fully equipped kitchen.
Tom & Juvi Schroth built Barkada Cabin to be our personal family retreat and we wanted to share the experience with others to enjoy. This is our HOME, and it was designed and built with that in mind. We are a family of four spending part of our time in East Cobb, GA (NE Atlanta) with Blue Ridge as our second home. Tom is a Realtor and Builder and loves working with small business to help them increase sales and revenue. Juvi manages the household and runs the backend of the short-term rental. All the comforts and conveniences are there for you with high-end appointments throughout.
Very private and secluded. Last 1 mile is a gravel mountain road which is navigable with front wheel drive and average sedan ground clearance that requires attentive driving on the one steep hill to the cabin but full-time residents drive the roads daily. You will feel like you're the only one on the mountain most days while enjoying easy access to Blue Ridge and other nearby attractions.
