With a queen sofa bed in the living room and two bedrooms, this townhouse sleeps six. LIVING AREA (1st Floor) After a fun day at the beach, unwind in the bright airy living room, offering two sofas and a new 65-inch UHD smart TV. Need to work remotely? The new workstation nook has 48-inch desktop, a 24-inch wall mounted HDMI monitor, a WiFi 6 router, and a wheeled office chair. Open the sliding glass doors to the balcony with chairs and a mosaic bistro table. You will love the bright white kitchen with granite countertops, new stainless appliances and a water filtration system. The kitchen opens to the dining area and living room with a convenient half bath off the hallway. The entire main floor, including the deck, is covered in ceramic tile.
