Vacation Home Management Vacasa unlocks the possibilities of how we enjoy vacation homes. Each vacation home is always cared for by our professional local teams who implement our high cleanliness and maintenance values, while the hands-off tasks of vacation rental management--marketing, filing taxes, and maintaining a website--are handled by a specialized central support team. The Clubhouse offers an indoor pool, jacuzzi, expansive outdoor pool, game room with ping pong table, pool table, arcade machine, foosball, grand room with big screen TV, two poolside grills, fitness room and a card room guests are welcome to use. Outdoor games include bocce ball, horseshoes and croquet. Board games and DVDs are also available. Beach shuttle is no longer offered. Bayside at Bethany Lakes has two sections. South Mill Drive on the south side and North Mill Drive and Old Mill Way on the North side. Some properties may allow pets. <b>Things to Know</b> Check-in time: 4:00 p.m. Check-out time: 10:00 a.m. All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. For use of amenities, guests are required to pre-register and pay a resort fee. The resort fee from May 15 to September 15 is 45 dollars per person per week or 25 dollars per person for 3 days or less. The resort fee from September 16 - May 14 is 30 dollars per person per week or 20 dollars per person for 3 days or less.
