Please read carefully. This is a legally binding document. NO SMOKING: All properties are non-smoking. AGE RESTRICTION: Must be at least 25 years older to book a BEACHBALL PROPERTIES vacation rental. A person 25 years or older must be staying at the property for the entire duration of the booking. There will be no refunds issued for anyone booking under false pretenses. CHECK-IN: Check-in is at 4PM. Early check-in is not possible, sorry but no exceptions. CHECK-OUT: Check-out is at 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged an additional day.  MONTHLY/SNOWBIRD RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call to ask about monthly rates. PARKING PASSES: Two (2) parking passes maximum. The cost of parking passes is set by each Homeowner’s Association and is subject to change at any time without notice. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

This waterfront unit easily accommodates eight guests and boasts impressive views of the sandy shore that borders the emerald-tinged Gulf. Two (2) parking passes maximum allowed for this property. THE PROPERTY    Primary Bedroom: King Bed Bedroom 2: King Bed Bedroom 3: Queen Bed Sleeper Sofa in Living Room  The living room opens to a large balcony that peers out over both the centrally located pool AND the Gulf, dappled with bits of sparkles from the sun’s rays. Take sanctuary on the balcony dining set with an iced coffee and your breakfast of choice. Toast to the morning or cheers to the moon and stars as they shine over the water.     Wander back inside to the comfort of the living room fitted with cozy double sofas, one of which transforms to a sleeper. There is a generously sized flatscreen television mounted above the turquoise entertainment cabinet. Behind one of the couches is a quaint little reading nook with cushy chair and small writing desk. There is a dining area adjacent to the living room with a dining table that seats six and banquet hutch.  Additional seating is available at the island bar with four stools. The fully stocked kitchen has plentiful counter space and cabinet storage as well as built-in appliances and amenities throughout. There is free-standing island cart that holds extra utensils for the chef!
