Beautiful one bedroom apartment, nice modern bathroom, huge roof top terrace, no kitchen, but there is a refrigerator, microwave. Private elevator is going straight to apartment. Located In the heart of Brooklyn, near train stations ( 35 min to Manhattan) , buses, shopping area,restaurants and ocean, 5 minutes walking distance to the beach. Guest must have a profile picture.
We are the owners of nice condo apartment- couple, middle age husband and wife, very honest, quiet, responsible. We are always available to communicate with guests though the phone or text. We will be gladly answer all questions guests ask.
Apartment is located on a quit street, right across the police station. On the corner of the block there is Dunking Donuts which is open day and night, two 24 h groceries, Chinese Food. Few blocks away plenties of Cafes and Restaurants, all different kinds of food ( Russian, Georgian, Uzbekish, Italian, Ukrainian e.t.c.) 7-10 min walking distance to the beach and a boardwalk. Very convenient location near busses #B1, B4, B36, B68 and trains the B, Q and F.
