The place is right by Commercial St, where all the shops and restaurants are located. We went to Provincetown off-season, so we did not go to the beach, but the place has a lovely spa, hot tub, and sauna. The room (George Sand) was very pretty! Breakfast & wine hour were great. Kind, friendly staff. I would definitely recommend & revisit.

Lovely accommodations, very clean, one minute walk to the commercial area and just a couple of more minutes walk to the beach. The Staff was wonderful and friendly so checking in/out was easy and a pleasure. The included homemade breakfast and buffet is great, and having parking available on site is also a huge benefit. I highly recommend the Carpe Diem Guesthouse & Spa!

Company information

Carpe Diem has been accepting guests for over 22 years. Our guesthouse features 18 rooms that are all individually styled and decorated. All of our rooms have 1 bed and sleep 2 guests. This makes Carpe Diem a great retreat for couples. Our property is set up to be very social yet tranquil. The Breakfast room is a great start to the day and guests enjoy our farmhouse table for great food and conversation. Our team takes pride in the property and the services we offer. Wine and cheese is a guests favorite before going out on the town. The owners are on property daily and live nearby. Some of the staff live on the property. Please note that we are 18 and older due to our clothing optional spa facility. Please note that, due to our full-service spa on site, we are unable to accommodate children under the age of 18.

Carpe Diem Guesthouse and Spa is an adult only destination all its own. Our gourmet breakfast is a great way to start the day. We feature a wine and cheese hour (weekends) that's perfect for conversations and meeting new friends at our Inn. Our spa is a relaxing oasis where you can unwind and rejuvenate. Our rooms feature the best linens and bath and body products. The Zen Courtyard is a perfect place to relax and read a book by our numerous water features. We offer parking for every room as well as WiFi. We have been featured on the Travel Channel and aired around the world as a classic bed and breakfast. Carpe Diem Guesthouse and Namaste Spa is open year round.

Neighbourhood information

We are 1 block away from Commercial St making us close enough to the action but a tranquil retreat. Carpe Diem Guesthouse and Inn is steps to the town center. We are also very close to local beaches and bike paths. The Provincetown Airport is a 10-minute drive away. We are a very short walk to the Pilgrim Monument and Museum. There are many taxi options to get around town. Pedicabs are a Ptown staple in season. Bike rentals are close by as well. There are amazing bike paths through the dunes and to the beaches. We are a short walk from the pier where the ferries come in. You do not need a vehicle while in Provincetown.
