Please note that these steps are required for all guests. All steps must be complete in full prior to check-in. We have two external cameras on property. Obscuring, moving, or otherwise altering the security cameras is prohibited and will result in a fee per incident and/or immediate eviction from the property as well as forfeiture of all monies paid, subject to Foxden’s sole discretion.

Any fines, citations or penalties imposed against Casa Agave for actions triggering a violation of the City of Palm Springs will be deducted from the security deposit. Such examples can be found in our House Rules. In the City of Palm Springs, Occupants must be at least 25 years of age or older. By continuing with this reservation, Occupant represents that they are at least 25 years of age and further warrants that other occupants are either over the age of 25, or are accompanied by an adult guardian. NOISE: Palm Springs has strict ordinances that govern vacation rentals. In particular, we want you to note that "NO outside music is allowed at vacation rental homes." I know, we all love our music out by the pool, but it's just not allowed by law. Please abide by this rule so you don't get fined by the police, and so we don't lose our vacation rental permit.
