A pet fee of USD150 applies for stays up to 7 nights, while for longer stays of 8 nights or more, the fee is USD250. We accommodate only dogs, with a limit of two per stay, provided their combined weight does not exceed 60 lbs. It's important to obtain prior authorization for your pets to avoid any misunderstandings. Please be aware that bringing an unauthorized pet will result in a charge of USD500. This conveniently located apartment is perfect for solo travelers, couples & friends! - Private outdoor patio with a charcoal BBQ, hammock & a table with chairs for dining - Bike or walk to the waterfront, shops, great local eats & attractions/activities - A short drive to groceries, multiple golf courses & awesome fishing spots - A well-equipped kitchen with all the basics, a coffee maker, a washer & dryer - Stay connected with complimentary WiFi, laptop-friendly workspace, parking. There is a welcome sheet inside with further instructions, including WiFi details. A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. The total weight of dog(s) has to be under 50lbs, and the total fee for up to 2 dogs is 75 USD. Please note that if leave your pet unattended in the property, your pet needs to be crated. There is a 100 USD fine for pets that are left unattended and not crated.
