Sit on the back porch and listen to the Chestatee River, hang out by the fire pit and cook some s'mores, or just relax in the hot tub after a hard day of wine tasting. This listing is only for the main floor and loft: 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The lower level has an additional 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms but will be locked off and not rented during your stay. Everything listed and pictured in the listing is available to you. You won't find another 2-bedroom this large for miles around! The main floor of the home is accessed via a ramp (no steps), and has a main floor master bedroom with a king bed. The living area will not disappoint with vaulted ceilings and a wood burning fireplace. Upstairs in the loft is another bedroom with three full-size beds. Enjoy the outdoors on the large wraparound porch or on the terrace equipped with fire pit and hot tub. There is no direct river access from the property, but you can access the river with just a short drive through the neighborhood to the shared access point (instructions can be found at the house).
