Cozy and affordable private secured rooms with shared bathroom, shared kitchen and living area in a beautiful home located in Daly City 10 mins from SFO Airport. This is a co-living set up and we like to host nice & respectful people. We consider pets with conditions to approve & a fee. Quiet, and safe neighborhood. Very near Kaiser, SF University and downtown San Francisco. Restaurants and supermarkets available within walking distance. Paid parking is available. Please note: There's a USD59 mandatory trip insurance fee, collected after booking confirmation. This fee is not included in the total price paid for the booking. The insurance covers accidents and theft, ensuring peace of mind. The insurance is non-refundable. We also accept Long Term bookings more than 28 days stay. We would just require a background check process through a secure website online with a small fee c/o by guest. We would also require employment letters or internship letters or recent payslip as valid forms of documentation. We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your cooperation in helping us maintain a safe and secure environment for all of our guests. Also, there will be an additional small utility fee of USD5O per month for long term stays. Pet is welcome for approval with a charge of USD15O per month maximum one pet only.
