The pool heating service is only available from November to the end of April. A BBQ grill rental is available for use for an additional fee. The propane tank refill is not included. This service must be requested at least 48h prior to your arrival. Please note the home is 2 stories, and it does require guests to climb stairs to access the upper floor. In addition, we also provide a few essentials to make you feel more at home when you arrive, like some basic cleaning supplies such as dish soap, dishwasher soap/pods, laundry detergent, and trash bags. There will also be some bath essentials provided, such as toilet paper, hand and body soap, shampoo, and conditioner. Please note that these are not replenished. There is no daily cleaning, but if you’d like to arrange for our cleaning service to come in and tidy up, we can arrange it for a fee. Please let us know in advance. Excessive required cleaning is considered a double clean and is charged at an extra fee. Guests will be requested to sign a Rental Agreement upon booking confirmation A security deposit may be required prior to arrival or at check-in, subject to the booking platform used to make the reservation. This fee is charged as a credit card transaction and refunded after check-out, provided all terms are met. HOUSE RULES - No smoking of any kind (tobacco, cannabis, etc.) is allowed inside the unit, and the use of any recreational drugs in the house is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will incur a 400USD penalty. - No more guests than those listed in your reservation are allowed. - No tent or other structures may be set up on the ground of the property. For security purposes and to prevent fraudulent credit card transactions, we will request that the guest upload a selfie picture holding a Government Photo-ID matching the name on the credit card used to make the reservation.
