Welcome to our home. Our property is conveniently located in the hills of Desert Hot Spring, overlooking the city, great views of the desert mountains, and windmills, in a very-quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the sunrise with a cup of coffee, and the view from the large, beautiful patio, with plenty of seating and a BBQ grill plus a fire pit. Enjoy a glass of wine and watch the amazing colorful sunset in a beautiful day or the amazing city light. Relax in our comfortable home smell fresh and very clean, brand- new leather couch and love set, new 6 chairs dining room table and 50-inch television. The kitchen is equipped with all cooking wares, including crock a pot, air fryer, pots and pan, coffee maker, fresh coffee beans and a coffee grinder. The grocery stores and restaurants are only a few minutes down the hill including Vons, Stater Brothers, and Grocery Outlet; its only 5 minutes to I-10 freeway, 9 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indio and Coachella are all close. Visit the Farmers Market in Joshua Tree (on the weekend) or visit the well- known Joshua Tree National Monument Park.
The grocery stores and restaurants are only a few minutes down the hill including Vons, Stater Brothers, and Grocery Outlet; its only 5 minutes to I-10 freeway, 9 minutes to downtown Palm Springs. Palm Springs, Rancho Mirage, Palm Desert, La Quinta, Indio and Coachella are all close. Visit the Farmers Market in Joshua Tree (on the weekend) or visit the well- known Joshua Tree National Monument Park. There are a lot of activities in the desert including great desert golf, tennis, hiking, shopping, the annual world-renowned Coachella Music Art festival and Stagecoach Country Music Festival. Known as (Coachella Festival) Shopping could not be better as you have El Paseo in Palm Desert, Downtown Palm Spring, and Desert Hills Premium Outlet. Check out the unforgettable Swiss built Palm Springs Aerial Tramway, it is the desert Favorite Winter or Summer.
This property is so quiet, I can sit in the back yard staring at the sunset and the city lights, it is so relaxing. I roast my food or just leave dinner in my crock pot, it's done when I am ready. I love my flowers in the backyard during spring. Desert Hot Spring, is known as a Mineral Hot water Spa City. There are several Mineral Hot water Spa in our city, between two to twenty minutes walk from our home. All the actions are between 10 to 30 minute ride.
