Parties, gatherings, and large events on the Property, consisting of more than the number of Occupants allowed, are strictly forbidden. VIOLATORS WILL BE EVICTED WITHOUT ANY REFUND. - Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property as well as on balconies or backyards and front yards of houses (if applicable). To maintain a smoke-free environment, we enforce a strict no-smoking policy. Any violation of this policy will result in a penalty of USD500.
