This second floor 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom deluxe condominium features town and mountain views. Durant Condos are located near the downtown core, only two blocks from the Silver Queen Gondola. Condo amenities include floor-to-ceiling windows, formal dining for six, a breakfast bar that seats four, and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. The flexible bedding arrangement is ideal for families or groups of friends. Primary bedroom: King bed Second bedroom: Two Twins, convertible to a King Guest Bedroom #1: Two Twins, convertible to a King Complex amenities at the Durant Condominiums include an on-site heated pool and hot tub, an outdoor grill, and on-site free parking. This complex has no elevator. The Durant Condominiums have ski-in access from Aspen Mountain!
