This property is the adorable. Cozy, comfortable and inviting. The beds are comfortable for a great nights sleep. The kitchen has everything you need. The bath was clean as was the entire property. Washer and dryer available as well. A little enclosed patio off the main bedroom, tranquil little spot to sip a cup of coffee whilst looking at the views. The little nooks that reveal the old Adobe structure has to be the best part. Makes you realize the historical significance of the property and town. Located across from SulRoss, close to dining, and shopping. You know if you are visiting Alpine the small town life is what you are looking for. Communication for the stay was great, never had to wonder what to expect. Highly recommend.

This el viejo (old adobe) is a two bedroom home that sits directly across the street from Entrance 3 of the beautiful Sul Ross State University campus and just a few blocks from downtown Alpine. This is a great basecamp while exploring all that Alpine and Big Bend have to offer. Marfa and Fort Davis are short drives away with beautiful scenery in between. This location is not suitable for children under 12.
