You have found one of the North Shore's gems! This spacious studio is located in a lovely, quiet gated community with beach access just steps away. There is a beautiful pool right outside your front door in the midst of a tropical, scerene setting. Relax in this clean and comfortable studio condo after a long day with the comfortable split air conditioner that cools the entire unit. With a king bed will get you a great nights sleep after relaxing on the beach or at the pool. The newly renovated kitchen is fully equipped with all you need to cook at home and relax after a long day exploring the island. The spacious living room has a Tempur-Pedic full sized day bed for extra sleeping options and a Mitsubishi split air conditioner to keep the entire condo cool and comfortable. This is a ground floor unit. There is a laundry area on property with three washers and dryers for a nominal fee.Standard is free cable and WiFi access. Condo is fully stocked with linens, towels and all kitchen needs such as a coffee maker, blender, dishes, pots, pans, etc. One off street, secure parking space is included. The property will be made exclusively available to the renter for a full period of 30-days and no one else may occupy the property during that period. Rates based on a 30 day rental period.
