No parties, gatherings, or commercial uses 2. No smoking (150 USD fee will be assessed) 3. Quiet time after 10pm 4. Authorized guests only, and no booking on behalf of others 5. 40 USD fee for unreturned keys. __ SUMMARY: This Flexhome is conveniently located in the heart of Logan Square with easy access to the Blue Line. The space comfortably sleeps two with a queen bed. The sofa may serve as additional sleeping space, however it does not have a pull-out bed. __ AMENITIES: In-unit laundry, two workspaces, shared outdoor patio, smart TV with Chromecast, Nest thermostat, self check-in, high-speed Wifi, and Keurig coffee maker. __ PARKING: Street parking is often available but requires a permit. Daily parking permits are provided and long-term permits can be purchased from the city for ~120 USD/year. Instructions will be provided prior to your arrival. __ EARLY CHECK-IN: We can accommodate a 1pm early check-in for a 20 USD fee.
