Our lodge accommodates large groups for events and sleeps 24 comfortably. We have a massive, fully equipped kitchen so you can cook and entertain together, and it extends to the open dining and common area. There are two separate bathrooms with two stalls in each along with shower rooms. Three very spacious rooms each have a queen bed, double bunk beds and a sleeper sofa. There is central air and he throughout and each bedroom has its own unit so everyone will be comfortable. The spacious sauna will warm you up after a day on the trails or in the lake. You can extend you entertaining to the outdoors with a new patio and year-round firepit and you will find a variety of yard games. We are located on the Boot Lake Spur of the Haywire trail and our parking lot is plenty big for your trailers. We are centrally located and just minutes away from Pictured Rocks and all that the Upper Peninsula offers.
A few years ago, I started renting RVs and absolutely love helping people plan their vacations. What I heard time and again from the RV renters was that the pandemic caused them to rethink their vacations. Families and friends want to be together, and many are choosing to use their vacation time to build and strengthen those relationships. I found such in joy in this work that I decided to expand with this lodge. I can't wait to meet you and welcome to our beautiful Timberwolf Lodge where it is my pleasure to ensure you make the most out of your time together.
Timberwolf Lodge is about as centrally located as you can get in the Hiawatha National Forest. We are only 15 minutes from Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore, Lake Superior and the bustling town of Munising. Head south and within 20 minutes you have arrived at Lake Michigan and the lakeside town of Manistique with its beautiful harbor. The kitchen and access to outdoor activities right outside our doors will limit the cost of eating out and the amount of time spent driving so more time can be spent having fun together.
