Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for everyone. This townhouse is located in the Downtown District of Tacoma. Walking distance to UW Tacoma and the light rail. Close to the Museum of Glass, The Rialto Theatre and 2 major Hospitals. The home is attached to the rear of another house with its own private entrance that's accessed in a brightly lit alley. Parking is available near the entrance. The home is 3 years old, with top of line appliances and natural light. We require ALL guest over 18yrs old to provide a copy of Photo ID, Military ID or passport before codes to the property are issued. No ID, No Entry ⛔️ Please send via email Thank you
Family Owned and Operated Vacation Home Rental Service. You can get in touch with the property managers by phone or email. They are not too far from the location.
The neighborhood is diverse and active. We are centrally located within the Downtown District. There is a community garden nearby and its maintain locally by a group of horticulturist. There are two senior citizen apartment complexes and public transportation within walking distance. The University of Washington of Tacoma is less than a mile away and the YMCA. Parking in the alley is how to access the property. There are spaces on the street that's free, but you will have to walk around from the front to the back to access the entry door. Public Transportation is easily accessible and the light rail is walking distance from the property.
