As a former Hospitality Professional for a Luxury Hotel business, I convinced these property owners to open their homes to short and mid-term rental platforms. My goal is to bring the "home away from home" feel to you and your guests. While these properties are luxurious, each has everything you need to feel right at home. Clean, safe and comfortable is my mission for your stay. Additionally at each property you have the option to hire an Executive Chef, Hair Stylist, Massage Therapist or Maid Service to come directly to the property as often as needed during your stay for those that desire a hotel experience without 100's of other strangers under the same roof. Instead of going to a crowded restaurant, Imagine Christmas Dinner made in-house, fresh for your entire family. Some times other platforms, or direct booking sites that list our properties have blocked off dates. It's best to ask and book early to ensure you can get the date you need. Keep in mind, we get many families that have made staying with us a tradition every year. If there is a range of dates that are outside the minimum or something blocked off on the app calendar, please feel free to reach out to see if any accommodations can be made. The Mansion features two levels of living space plus a subterranean level where the Home Theater and workout space is. In the first floor West Wing you have The Master Suite with King Bed. It has a private bath with marble floors, dual sinks, a whirlpool tub and Multi head glass shower, blow dryer and ceramic hair straightening iron. The custom walk-in closet, with it's own separate room for shoes and accessories, is a dream. A Guest bedroom with Full bed and a separate full bathroom is on the East Wing. Upstairs has 3 other large bedrooms, a bonus room and one full bathroom. In the West Wing bedroom, there is space for 4 on two Trundle beds (4 twin mattresses). The two other large bedrooms on the East Wing have Queen beds. All bedrooms have large windows with a view, a TV, closet and nightstand. The bonus room has a video game connected to the tv and a full sized bed. Two roll away beds are available for your use, as well as a foldable crib, four baby gates, baby tub and a play pen. The bridge connecting the 2nd floor West and East wings have a great view overlooking the Grand Foyer Chandelier, Great Room and Rebecca's Fountain. Planning an extended stay? The chef's kitchen is stocked with a coffee maker, blenders, a commercial mixer, food processor, 6-in-1 rice cooker, pots, pans, knives, utensils, dinnerware, serving trays and place settings. Also plenty of room for groceries in all the cabinets and in a Pantry right off the kitchen. The first floor large laundry room is equipped with a washer, dryer, sink, full sized ironing board, iron and cleaning supplies. For those working while traveling or those looking for Corporate Housing- (Fiber Optic) Gigabit high speed internet and a dedicated office designed for 4 with a TV, water cooler and patio is ready for you. Wifi access points throughout the Mansion to keep mobile devices connected in nearly every room. Cleaning fee is refunded within 3 days of checkout if no damage is found and property is clean.
