AustraliaThe check in staff were very efficient and friendly, we got a goody bag for our stay, which we really appreciated. The room was enormous with a great view and a comfy bed. The meal in the Big Horn cafe was delicious and our server was so friendly and helpful. There is a gas station just across the road to get drinks or snacks, but also a shop in the hotel itself that has lots of souvenirs as well. We had an excellent nights sleep and breakfast at the cafe was just as good as the previous nights meal, make sure you try the granola and yoghurt, but you’ll need to be hungry, it’s huge, with lots of fresh fruit! Checkout was great too, again with such friendly staff. We felt genuinely welcome at the hotel and would definitely stay there again. It is a perfect location for visiting the Hoover Dam, which is what we were there for.
